We are pleased to announce that Fox Cities United will be giving a post-secondary scholarship to one participant yearly. The board will choose the recipient based on the criteria below and present the award at the AGM and/or high school awards night. Please download and fill out the application below for consideration.

Scholarship funds will be awarded to one student each year upon evidence of enrollment and attendance as a full or part-time student in a college, university, or vocational program immediately after high school graduation or as a returning student.

On-field performance:

• High level of effort during games AND practices

• High level of instructability

• Leadership

• Sportsmanship

• Attendance (own team games and practices + extra practices, cheering on other teams' games)

Off-field performance:

• Volunteering time to help with other team practices, summer camps

• Cleaning up after practices

• Always on-time

• A good representative of FCU (well-behaved and respectful at tournaments and away games)

• Refereeing games
